Simple Rules, in Writing

It never costs your investor anything. The $500 comes out of our broker fee after the loan closes. It is not on the term sheet, and your investor's rate, fees and cash to close are the same whether you sent them or they found us on their own.

Investor loans only. We broker business-purpose loans to real estate investors: fix and flip, DSCR rental, bridge and new construction. Referral fees are paid to eligible referral partners under our program terms. Text me before you send your first referral and I'll confirm you're set up.

Taxes. Once your fees for the year pass the IRS reporting threshold, we collect a W-9 before the next payout and send you a 1099.
